About me
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, dedicated to supporting you in exploring your inner world with compassion and care. At the heart of my approach is the belief that you are the expert in your own life. You hold the answers within you and my role is not to advise or direct, but to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can begin to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in your own time.
Whatever challenges you may be facing, whether they feel overwhelming or difficult to put into words you do not have to face them alone. I will walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to understanding your unique perspective. Together, we can gently uncover what matters to you, reconnect with who you are beneath the noise, and explore any changes or choices that feel authentic and meaningful for your life.
I have a particular interest in supporting those navigating stress and anxiety—challenges I have personally faced and learned to manage. This lived experience allows me to offer not only professional understanding, but also genuine empathy and grounded support as you move through your own journey.
