I offer a free 15-minute introductory call, giving us a chance to meet, gently explore what you’re looking for, and see if we feel like the right fit to work together.

 I offer sessions at a reduced rate of £35, and this fee stays the same for as long as we work together.

you can choose to meet online via Zoom or face to face in Worcester, in a private and welcoming space designed to help you feel at ease.

Our sessions are 50 minutes long, giving us space to go at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.

I currently have availability on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and most evenings. We’ll find a day and time together during your free call that works well for you.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting, we’ll take it one step at a time together.
