I offer a free 15-minute introductory call, giving us a chance to meet, gently explore what you’re looking for, and see if we feel like the right fit to work together.

You can choose to meet online via Zoom or face to face in Worcester, in a private and welcoming space designed to help you feel at ease.

Our sessions are 50 minutes long, giving us space to go at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.

I currently have availability on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and most evenings. We’ll find a day and time together during your free call that works well for you.

Sessions are £45, payable by bank transfer, with payment kindly made at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel at short notice, a £25 cancellation fee applies.

I also offer concession rates for students/trainees, NHS Workers, people on a low income, and those who are unemployed. These places are limited, so please do reach out if you’d like to know more.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting, we’ll take it one step at a time together.
